The challenge
Set science-based emission reduction targets for the Form 5 Group and register the commitment on the SBTi platform.
The solution
In this project, we have calculated the carbon footprint of all group companies and produced an emissions projection with a target of 50% GHG reduction by 2030 compared to the base year. This target is aligned with the maximum ambition of the SBTi, which aims for a temperature increase of no more than 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels by 2030.
The project has been completed with the drafting of the GHG Report and the development of an internal carbon footprint management protocol.
Value contributed
The Forma 5 group has a tool for diagnosing its carbon footprint and for monitoring the evolution of its emissions in relation to science-based targets.
The approval of these objectives by the SBTi and their public dissemination have helped to reinforce its positioning as an environmentally sustainable company.
