The challenge

In order to meet the requirements of Law 11/2018 on non-financial information and diversity, Corporació Grinyó requested our participation in the definition of the group's ESG indicators, in the coordination of the compilation of ESG information and in the drafting of the report. The great diversity of the information processed and its dispersion in the different headquarters and departments, together with the need to create the environmental and social indicators, have led us to opt for the external support of a specialised consultancy.

The solution

The project has been conducted in five stages:

  1. Conducting a materiality analysis to identify relevant ESG issues
  2. Definition of indicators based on legal requirements and using GRI standards.
  3. ESG data collection at the individual company level and consolidation at the corporate level
  4. Preparation of tables and graphs and drafting of the report
  5. Accompaniment during the verification phase of the EINF

Value contributed

The main value provided in this project has been an appropriate definition of ESG indicators adapted to the availability of the client's data and a phased data collection process, which has allowed for a continuous and bottleneck-free development of the data collection process.

In order to meet the requirements of Law 11/2018 on non-financial information and diversity, Corporació Grinyó has requested our participation in the definition of the ESG indicators, in the coordination of data collection and in the preparation of the final report.
